*****IMPORTANT******
You should always BACKUP your Database before installing a new mod. I have tested this but can't be responsible if something goes wrong. This is provided AS IS, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will provide support as I am able.

You can get support for this mod at the mod thread on vBulletin.org (you will find it on my profile page above) OR you can ask for help on my personal forum, Joe's Ultimate Off Topic (http://www.juot.net) in my Forum Suggestions, Help, and Tech Support forum.

To Install:
In Admin CP go to Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product
Click on "Choose File" and browse to the product xml file that was packaged in the .zip file.
Click "Import"

To Upgrade:
In Admin CP go to Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product
Click on "Choose File" and browse to the product xml file that was packaged in the .zip file.
Change "Allow Overwrite" to YES
Click "Import"

After the product has been imported:
Go to vBulletin Options -> Disable Member Homepage URLs by BOP5 (near the bottom)
You MUST enable the mod before it will work. It is turned OFF by default.

Set your options before you enable!

Enable Block Member Homepages: Choose YES to turn on this product. Choose NO to disable it.

Minimum Post Count: The minimum number of posts a user needs use the Member Homepage option.

Don't Allow Member Homepages: This will override the minimum post count and disable the homepage option for all memebers expect as may be specfied below.

Usergrouop Override: This option overrides all others above. Any usergroup ids listed here will always be allowed to use the homepage option no matter what the post count or "Dont' Allow" settings. Separate mutliple usergroup ids with commas- example:
5, 6, 7
(This would allow mods, admins, and super-moderators to always be able to enter a homepage.)

This has been tested and working on vBulletin 3.8.6 I am sure it is compatible with all versions of 3.8 and likely earlier versions as well. IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH VBULLETIN 4.X. See my profile page (URL at top) to see if I have released a 4.x version yet.

IF YOU HAVE A HEAVILY CUSTOMIZED STYLE THIS MOD MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU.
The automatic template edits search for "default" vBulletin template code and make changes to it, if your template has been heavily modified this mod will not work. I would suggest you do manual template edits if this is the case.

Make sure it is working on ALL STYLES availale on your forum otherwise people will be allowed to enter URLs in some styles but be blocked in others.

This will not effect anyone who has already entered a Homepage URL, however if they ever update their profile "details" the mod will remove any stored URL if they are not allowed to have one.
